1) When wet furnace materials are mixed with furnace materials, boiling occurs, and the furnace gas escapes unevenly, spraying out a large amount of furnace materials; Magnesia contains water and can also be sprayed as a sand pit. [3]
2) The mixture of furnace materials is uneven, and the smelting process is also uneven.
3) Low unit heat distribution, slow reaction, and long smelting time. The reason is that the reducing agent is insufficient, the heat generation is low, or the preheating temperature of the furnace material is low, forming a cold stroke for smelting. There is more slag sticking at the bottom of the iron ingot, and there are more iron particles in the slag or poor fusion of the iron ingot, which is relatively loose or contains slag.
4) High unit heat distribution or preheating temperature can cause violent reactions and slag agitation, resulting in slag spraying. Iron ingots are hard and not easy to break, with high aluminum content and reduced production.
