Ferro vanadium 80 is a kind of ferro alloy, which can be obtained by reducing vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace with carbon, or by reducing vanadium pentoxide by the electric furnace si-thermo method. It is widely used as an element admixture in the smelting of vanadium alloy steel and alloy cast iron and, in recent years, in the manufacture of permanent magnets.

Ferrovanadium 80 is an iron alloy containing the element vanadium, usually used as an additive in iron and steel smelting, which can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of iron and steel, and increase the hardness, wear resistance, strength and ductility of iron and steel. It is widely used in iron and steel smelting, alloy manufacturing and battery manufacturing. Among them, it is mainly used in steel smelting to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of steel. Nickel and molybdenum can be used in conjunction with each other to produce a series of high-strength, high wear-resistant and high corrosion-resistant alloy materials, such as stainless steel, refractory alloys and high-speed steel.
Application
Ferrovanadium is mainly used as an alloy additive in steelmaking. After adding iron vanadium to steel, the hardness, strength, wear resistance and ductility of steel can be significantly improved, and the cutting performance of steel can be improved. Iron vanadium is commonly used in carbon steel, low alloy steel strength steel, high alloy steel, tool steel and cast iron production.
