Ferro-vanadium 60 is supplied in pieces or powder. The maximum quantity of ferro-vanadium 60 shall not exceed 8 kg, with no more than 5% of the total weight being in pieces smaller than 20 x 20 mm. Powdered ferro-vanadium 60 shall be supplied as -0.45 mm mesh, of which -0.098 mm shall not account for more than 30% of the total weight. The surface and cross-section of iron vanadium lumps and vanadium powder are free of obvious inclusions visible to the naked eye.
