Since the electrode is inserted into the charge shallowly, so it is not suitable for using a higher melt voltage, a lower secondary heat voltage should be used. When using a higher secondary melting voltage, heat loss can be attributed to the low silicon content caused by scrap.
2. The amount of steel chips in the charge is large, the melting reaction rate is fast, the loading speed must be adapted, and it must be added diligently and economically, so that there is no shortage of material in the furnace, especially in the center of the furnace, there is no shortage of material, so as to stabilize the electrode and reduce heat loss.
3. The amount of steel chips in the charge is larger, the crucible under the electrode is smaller, the phenomenon of crumbling material and large spiked fire is smaller, and there are mainly small spikes, and the surface of the material sinks evenly and quickly. The surface of the material has good air permeability and is relatively soft. Do not pierce the vent too hard to prevent the electrode from oscillating. The number of split stoves should not be too much, every 8 hours split 1~2 times can be.
4. The furnace material is highly conductive, the electrode is easy to lift, so the working end of the electrode should not be too long, so that the electrode does not rise to the upper limit, causing shutdown. The operator must work carefully.
5. The amount of steel chips in the charge is large, and the melting reaction consumes less heat. Therefore, the smelting of 45 ferrosilicon has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high output than smelting 75 ferrosilicon, the productivity of which is about 80% greater than the smelting of 45 ferrosilicon, the smelting of 45 ferrosilicon every eight hours should come out of the furnace five times.
In addition, 45 ferrosilicon has better fluidity, iron outlet cleaning is more serious, and the service life is shorter than that of 75 ferrosilicon smelting.
