Ferro Silicon 72 is an important material in metallurgy. It makes metals stronger by adding silicon, which makes alloys stronger, less likely to break and more heat-resistant. It can be used in steel production (to remove oxides, mix with other metals) and casting (to refine grains and stop shrinkage). It can also be used to harden aluminium.
