Ferro Silicon 72
FeSi72 meets China's national standards for making steel and magnesium. When making steel, there's a process called deoxidation. This uses ferro silicon (sometimes called DL grade) to stop unwanted aluminium oxide inclusions. Other types of ferro silicon (like GC grade) are really important for making electrical steel. You can change the size of the particles (10–100 mm blocks, 0–3 mm powder) to get the best results when heating them in furnaces or ladles.
We can make changes to the size and composition of our products, for example by using less aluminium or phosphorus.
We have a strong system to keep track of what it has in stock, so it can deliver goods quickly, even if a customer places a big or urgent order
We check the quality of our products in four stages. First, we analyse the raw materials. Next, we inspect the molten liquid. Then, we test the particle size. Finally, we check the product before it is shipped to the customer.
