Ferrosilicon FS75% 2-12mm Description
Ferrosilicon 75% is used to make other steels strong and resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. This alloy helps to reduce the amount of oxygen in the steel during the smelting process. It comes in pieces weighing no more than 25 kilograms or in bars weighing up to 45 kilograms. It is also possible to purchase crushed ferrosilicon of various sizes.
There should be no foreign materials on the surface of the alloy. Only particles of welding sand and graphite are allowed on it. The number of small particles with a size of no more than 20x20 mm should not exceed 12% of the total batch.
