1. First, remove the oxidized slag (or remove 40%-80%). Next, add a small amount of carbon powder when the slag becomes liquid. Next, add the silicon carbide deoxidizer once or in batches. The slag will turn white after about 5 minutes. Mix thoroughly and analyze. Continue to add a small amount of silicon carbide deoxidizer to the toner cartridge to maintain a reducing atmosphere.
2. Monitor the fluidity of the slag during operation, and add silicon (0.05-0.1%) and carbon (0.01-0.05%, especially if it is high carbon type) during recovery.
3. Avoid low-temperature recovery during the recovery period and increase the temperature later. If the temperature is low, make sure you put more pressure on the slag.
4. Silicon carbide deoxidizer can be packed in double-layer PP woven bags and PE film bags, divided into two types of packaging: 25KG and 50KG.
