PRODUCTION OF 70 FERROSILICON ALLOYS
(1) Firstly, 2~12% of binder by mass of microsilica powder and 3~15% of water by mass of microsilica powder are added to microsilica powder and small particles of silica, and then they are mixed well and pressed to make pellets under the pressure of 5~30t;
(2) Under the reducing atmosphere, after the pellets obtained in step (1) are dried at a temperature of 100~300°C, the dried pellets and carbonaceous reductant with a mass ratio of (2.4~3.0):(1.0~2.0) are loaded into a metallurgical furnace with a surface temperature of 800~1200°C, and the pellets and the carbonaceous reductant are completed in the descending process of arriving at the high-temperature region from the mouth of the metallurgical furnace Pre-baking, and then pellets and carbonaceous reductant in the metallurgical furnace high temperature region temperature of 1800 ~ 2500 ° C smelting under the conditions of 0.5 ~ 2h, in the smelting process to add steel chips, rolled iron and iron ore concentrate pellets containing iron raw materials to obtain ferrosilicon alloy melt;
(3) The 70 ferrosilicon alloy melt obtained in step (2) can be produced to obtain 70 ferrosilicon alloy after refining outside the furnace.
