Ferromanganese smelting process
(1) Blast furnace smelting is to smelt ferromanganese by putting raw materials into a blast furnace and heating coal to a certain temperature;
(2) Electric furnace smelting is a method that uses electric energy as fuel to quickly bring the raw materials to a certain temperature and fully reacts to smelt ferromanganese;
(3) Oxygen-blowing refining: Use pure oxygen to blow liquid carbon ferromanganese or manganese-silicon alloy columbium to obtain medium and low carbon ferromanganese.
