Ladle-nozzle: a type of refractory product used in the process of non-stop casting of steel. They form part of the refractory components of a steel casting slide gate. They are an integral, replaceable part of the nest block. Designed to form a jet of metal, they are connected to a refractory slide plate.
The ladle nozzle adopts super alumina or corundum as the aggregate, focusing on strengthening the matrix. It is produced by a high-pressure molding process, which has the characteristics of anti-erosion, long life and good integrity, and is at an international advanced level.
