Refractory Slide Gate Plate Description
Refractory Slide Gate Plate is made using tabular alumina, carbonaceous material and zirconia-containing material as the main raw materials. High-performance antioxidants are added, phenolic resin is used as a binder and the product is formed under high pressure and burned at high temperatures. The slide plates are strong, hard to wear out, can resist sudden changes in temperature and are stable. They are mainly used in large and medium-sized ladles.
Alumina-zirconia-carbon slide gates are used in large and medium-sized ladles. They are resistant to steel erosion, thermal shock and molten steel. The products last for up to six heats when used in a 150-ton ladle. This is good news for customers because they get excellent results.
We can also make other materials like alumina, alumina carbon, magnesia, magnesia carbon and magnesia spinel slide gate if you ask for them.
