V₂O₅ 99 (Metallurgical Grade) - V₂O₅ ≥ 99.0% with ultra-low impurities (Si≤0.15%, Fe≤0.20%, P≤0.03%, S≤0.01%, As≤0.01%, Na₂O+K₂O≤1.0%), supplied in flake form with flake size ≤55mm×55mm and thickness ≤5mm. Ideal for high-grade ferrovanadium and vanadium-nitrogen alloy production, as well as aerospace-grade titanium alloy additives.

V₂O₅ 98 (Metallurgical Grade) - V₂O₅ ≥ 98.0% with Si≤0.25%, Fe≤0.30%, P≤0.05%, S≤0.03%, As≤0.02%, Na₂O+K₂O≤1.5%, supplied in flake form. This is the highest-volume grade for the steel industry, serving as the core raw material for high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels, vanadium-containing rebar, and tool steels.

V₂O₅ 97 (Chemical Grade) - V₂O₅ ≥ 97.0%, supplied in powder form. Widely used in sulfuric acid catalysts, ceramic pigments, UV-blocking glass, nigrosine inks, and enamels.
